For the edition 2022 of the well-known Festival “Kunst und Klima” a varied range of performances, workshops and talks took place defining a rich programme. The works and practices of artists explored the topic of
Sufficiency
What is essentially "enough"?
Which resources are available around us?
How is it possibile to be creative even in times of scarsity?
The festival stimulated everybody to reflect on what is already there.
Within it an event called “Academic Gardening” has been organized and conceived to gather scholars, activists, artists and cultural operators to think together on such topics.
We’ve been selected thanks to a an idea based on the will to connect the main question with some meaningful contents regarding the (alleged) food scarsity, injustices and criticalities of the Global Food System: “FEED.BACK”.
Franca Formenti took part to the Festival and the event and enacted the live performance engaging the public.

Per l’edizione 2022 del noto Festival “Kunst und Klima” [Arte e Clima], una gamma variegata di performance, laboratori e conferenze ha definito un ricco programma. Le opere e le pratiche artistiche messe in scena hanno esplorato il tema della
sufficienza
Che cosa è essenzialmente "sufficiente"? Quali risorse sono disponibili intorno a noi? Come è possibile essere creativi anche in tempi di scarsità?
Il festival ha stimolato tutti a riflettere su ciò che già esiste.
All'interno di esso è stato organizzato un evento chiamato "Academic Gardening” [Giardinaggio accademico], pensato per riunire studiosi, attivisti, artisti e operatori culturali per riflettere insieme su questi temi.
Siamo state selezionate grazie a un'idea basata sulla volontà di collegare i quesiti macro con alcuni contenuti significativi riguardanti la (presunta) scarsità di cibo, le ingiustizie e le criticità del Sistema Alimentare Globale: "FEED.BACK".
Franca Formenti ha partecipato in presenza al Festival e all'evento e ha realizzato la performance dal vivo coinvolgendo il pubblico.
