Riot and Roux! is an independent quarterly publication that focus on the political value of food. The project explore the issues related to food, power, and social change. It aims to investigate the intersections of such subjects. The editorial board seeks to highlight the works that address strive the several severe injustices that are rooted in the food system and which challenge the status quo.

For the very first issue of the editorial work of Riot&Roux has been selected some projects of activism, art and participation that tackle the matter of
